【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceoflarge-vatopen,deepfatfryers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectafryerandunderstanditsenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletofloormodelgasandelectricfryerswith50lb(23kg)andgreaterfatcapacityandan18-in.andlargervatsize.1.3Thefryercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):1.3.1Energyinputrate(10.2),1.3.2Preheatenergyandtime(10.4),1.3.3Idleenergyrate(10.5),1.3.4Pilotenergyrate(10.6,ifapplicable),1.3.5Frenchfrycookingenergyrateandefficiency(10.9),1.3.6Frenchfryproductioncapacityandfryingmediumtemperaturerecoverytime(10.9),1.3.7Chickencookingenergyrateandefficiency(10.13),and1.3.8Chickenproductioncapacityandfryingmediumtemperaturerecoverytime(10.13).1.4Thistestmethodisnotintendedtoanswerallperformancecriteriaintheevaluationandselectionofafryer,suchasthesignificanceofahighenergyinputdesignonmaintenanceoftemperaturewithinthecookingzoneofthefryer.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:RulesforthisCodeSectionhavebeendevelopedconsideringtheneedsforapplicationsthatincludepipingandheattransfercomponentsforrefrigerantsandsecondarycoolants.ThisCodeprescribesrequirementsforthematerials,design,fabrication,assembly,erection,test,andinspectionofrefrigerant,heattransfercomponents,andsecondarycoolantpipingfortemperaturesaslowas-320鳩(-196鳦),whethererectedonthepremisesorfactoryassembled,exceptasspecificallyexcludedinthefollowingparagraphs.ThisCodeshallnotapplytoanyofthefollowing:(a)anyself-containedorunitsystemssubjecttotherequirementsofUnderwritersLaboratoriesorothernationallyrecognizedtestinglaboratory;(b)waterpiping,otherthanwherewaterisusedasasecondarycoolantorrefrigerant;(c)pipingdesignedforexternalorinternalgagepressurenotexceeding15psi(105kPa)regardlessofsize;(d)pressurevessels,compressors,orpumps,butdoesincludeallconnectingrefrigerantandsecondarycoolantpipingstartingatthefirstjointadjacenttosuchapparatus.
