【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254,intendedtobeusedtogetherwithISO4254-1,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mountedandtrailedpower-drivenSoil-workingmachinesusedinagricultureInaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationensafeworkingPractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254dealswithsignificanthazards(aslistedinAnneA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopower-drivensoil-workingmachinesusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4)ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicableto:--spadingmachines;--machinesfittedwitharetractabledevicemakingthemcapableofworkingbetweentwosuccessiveplantsinthesamerowThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazardsorelectromagneticcompatibility.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomovingpartsforpowertransmission,exceptforstrengthrequirementsforguardsandbarriers,nortomaintenanceorrepairscardedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnelNOTE1SpecificrequirementsrelatedtoroadtrafficregulationsarenottakenintoaccountinthispartofISO4254NOTE2Vibrationsarenotregardedasasignificanthazardinthecaseofmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachinesThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletopower-drivensoil-workingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.WhenrequirementsofthispartofISO4254aredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinISO4254-1,therequirementsofthispartofISO4254takeprecedenceovertherequirementsofISO4254-1.
