【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeneralcharacteristics,performance,design,test,safety,reliability,maintainabilityandqualityrequirementsforgroundsupportequipment(GSE)andsystemsintendedforuseatlaunch,landing,orretrieval-siteinstallationsorotherlocationsthataretheresponsibilityofthelaunch,landingandretrievalsite.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyhowtodesignGSE,butestablishestheminimumrequirementstoprovidesimple,robust,safe,reliable,maintainableandcost-effectiveGSE.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothedesignofnon-flighthardwareandsoftwareusedtosupporttheoperationsoftransporting,receiving,handling,assembly,inspection,test,checkout,service,launchandrecoveryofspacevehiclesandpayloadsatthelaunch,landing,orretrievalsites.Assuch,therequirementsofthisInternationalStandardareoptionalforhardwareusedonlyatthemanufacturing,development,ortestsitespriortoarrivalatthelaunch,landing,orretrievalsitesoratthemissioncontrolsite.However,ifsuchGSEistemporarilyusedatalaunch,landing,orretrievalsite,forwhateverreason,thisGSEshallcomplywithallthesafety-relatedrequirementsofthisInternationalStandard,asaminimum.NOTE—IntheeventofconflictbetweenthedocumentsreferencedhereinandthecontentsofthisInternationalStandard,thecontentsofthisInternationalStandardsupersedeexceptwhereotherwisenoted.Theapplicablecontractorpurchase/procurementordertakesprecedenceoverthecontentsofthisInternationalStandardintheeventofconflictingrequirements.NothinginthisInternationalStandardsupersedesapplicablelawsandregulationsunlessaspecificexemptionhasbeenobtained.
