【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC13719specifiesPCTEinabstract,programming-language-independent,terms.Itspecifiestheinterfacesupportedbyanyconformingimplementationasasetofabstractoperationspecifications,togetherwiththetypesoftheirparametersandresults.Itissupportedbyanumberofstandardbindings,i.e.representationsoftheinterfaceinstandardprogramminglanguages.ThescopeofthispartofISO/IEC13719isrestrictedtoasinglePCTEinstallation.ItdoesnotspecifythemeansofcommunicationbetweenPCTEinstallations,norbetweenaPCTEinstallationandanothersystem.AnumberoffeaturesarenotcompletelydefinedinthispartofISO/IEC13719,somefreedombeingallowedtotheimplementor.Someoftheseareimplementationlimits,forwhichconstraintsaredefined(seeclause24).Theotherimplementation-dependentandimplementation-definedfeaturesarespecifiedintheappropriateplacesinthisStandard.PCTEisaninterfacetoasetoffacilitiesthatformsthebasisforconstructingenvironmentssupportingsystemsengineeringprojects.Thesefacilitiesaredesignedparticularlytoprovideaninfrastructureforprogramswhichmaybepartofsuchenvironments.Suchprograms,whichareusedasaidstosystemsdevelopment,areoftenreferredtoastools.ThispartofISO/IEC13719alsoincludes(inannexB)alanguagestandardforthePCTEDataDescriptionLanguage(DDL),suitableforwritingPCTEschemadefinitionsets.
