【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesvaluesforsafetydistancestopreventaccessanddistancestoimpedefreeaccesstomachinerydangerzonestopreventtheirbeingreachedbythelowerlimbsofpersonsof14yearsofageandabove.NOTE1Thevaluesgivenarebasedonpracticalexperiencewhichhasbeenfoundtobeadequateforthisgroupofpersons.Thesedistancesapplywhenadequatesafetycanbeachievedbydistancealone,andwhenaccessbytheupperlimbsisnotforeseeableaccordingtotheriskassessment.NOTE2Thesesafetydistanceswillnotprovidesufficientprotectionagainstcertainhazards,forexampleradiationandemissionofsubstances.Forsuchhazards,additionalorothermeasuresneedtobetaken.Thesafetydistancestopreventaccessrelatetoopenings,andservetoprotectthosepersonstryingtoreachdangerzonesundertheconditionsspecifiedfordifferentreachingsituations.Thedistancestoimpedefreeaccessrelatetotheheightfromgroundleveltotheprotectivestructure,andservetoreducerisktopersonsbylimitingthefreemovementofthelowerlimbs.NOTE3Ifpersonsbelow14yearsofagearetobetakenintoaccount,itisnotrelevanttoestablishvaluesotherthanthoseforupperlimbs.Inthiscasethesafetydistancestopreventdangerzonesbeingreachedbytheupperlimbs,derivedfromtable5ofISO13852:1996,willapply.Forcertainapplications,therearejustifiablereasonstodeviatefromthesedistances.Standardsdealingwiththeseapplicationsshouldindicatehowadequatesafetycanbeachieved.
