【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesthebasefunctionalityconsiderednecessaryandcommonthatisprovidedbyneitherthenormativestandardsincorporatedbyreferencenorthenewAPIsspecifiedintheIEC61970-403toIEC61970-4491)genericinterfacestandards.AnapplicationisexpectedtousetheCommonServicesinconjunctionwiththegenericinterfaces.Theseapplicationcategoryindependentinterfacesinclude:~IEC61970-403:GenericDataAccess(GDA)~IEC61970-404:HighSpeedDataAccess(HSDA)~IEC61970-405:GenericEventingandSubscription(GES)~IEC61970-407:TimeSeriesDataAccess(TSDA)Tosupporttheseobjectives,theCommonServicesaredividedintothreecategories:a)ResourceIdentifiers-Acommonwayofidentifyingclasses,classattributes,andobjectinstances.b)ResourceDescription-Acommonwayofencodingvaluesassociatedwithclasses,classattributes,andobjectinstances.c)Views-Acommonwayofpresentingclasses,classattributes,andobjectinstancesviahierarchies.IEC61970-402containsAPIservicesthatareconsideredtobefoundational.Assuch,alltheotherpartsintheIEC61970-4xxseriesassumetheirexistence.Asaresult,theservicesdescribedinIEC61970-402arerequiredforanycomponentthatcomplieswiththeIEC61970-4xxseriesofstandards.ThoughthetargetofthisIECstandardincludesthecontrolcentertechnicaldomain,commonservicesencompassageneralsetofconceptsthatcanbeappliedtomanytypesofsystems.Examplesofthesesystemsinclude:~Distributionmanagementsystems~Workorassetmanagementsystems~Geographicinformationsystems~Outagemanagementsystems~Othertypesofoperationalbusinesssystems.Inrecognitionthattheintegrationbetweenapplicationsintwoormoreofthesesystemsisoftennecessary,theintentofthisspecificationistoaddressgeneralcommonservicerequirementstotheextentthattheyarecommontodifferenttypesofsystemswhileeffectivelyaddressingthecontrolcenterneeds.
