【摘要】:ThispartofISO15367specifiesmethodsforthemeasurementofthetopographyofthewavefrontofalaserbeambymeasurementandinterpretationofthespatialdistributionofthephaseofthatwavefrontacrossaplaneapproximatelyperpendiculartoitsdirectionofpropagation.Requirementsaregivenforthemeasurementandanalysisofphasedistributiondatatoprovidequantitativewavefrontparametersandtheiruncertaintyinatestreport.ThemethodsdescribedinthispartofISO15367areapplicabletothetestingandcharacterizationofawiderangeofbeamtypesfrombothcontinuouswaveandpulsedlasers.Definitionsofparametersdescribingwavefrontdeformationsaregiventogetherwithmethodsforthedeterminationofthoseparametersfromphasedistributionmeasurements.

【摘要】:1.1Thisclassificationsystemcovershighlycrosslinkedthermoplasticvulcanizates(HCTPVs)forextrusion,moldingandotherfabricationmethods.HCTPVsarethermoplasticelastomers(TPEs)consistingoftwoormorepolymersystemsatleastoneofwhichisrubberyandhighly(>95%)crosslinkedandatleastoneofwhichisthermoplastic,witheachsystemhavingitsownphase.Thethermoplasticphasewilltendtobecontinuousandtherubberyphasediscontinuous.Thehighlevelofcrosslinkingandultrafineparticlesize(ca1x03BC;mdiameter)oftherubberyphasegiverisetopropertiesmorecloselyapproachingthoseofconventionalthermosetrubber,whencomparedtothesamethermoplastic/rubberypolymercompositionwithalowerlevel(x2264;95%)ofcrosslinking.TheHCTPVpolymercompositionsmaycontainfillers,reinforcingagents,plasticizers,resins,antidegradants,colorantsandotherbeneficialconstituents.RecycledHCTPVsarenotcoveredinthisclassificationsystem.1.2Includedinthisclassificationsystemarethepropertiesnecessarytoidentifytherespectivecompositions.Forspecializedapplications,otherrequirementsmaybeneededtoidentifyspecificcharacteristics.1.3Asgivenin,valuesinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Note18212;ThereisnoknownISOequivalenttothisstandard.1.4ThisstandardisbasedontestingcompletedinaccordancewithASTMstandardtestmethods.1.5Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section12,ofthisclassificationsystem.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
