【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400dealswithmechanicalloadmeasurementsonwindturbines.Itmainlyfocusesonlarge(>40m)electricitygeneratinghorizontalaxiswindturbines.However,themethodsdescribedmightbeapplicabletootherwindturbinesaswell(forexample,mechanicalwaterpumpers,verticalaxisturbines).Theobjectofthisspecificationistodescribethemethodologyandcorrespondingtechniquesfortheexperimentaldeterminationofthemechanicalloadingonwindturbines.Thistechnicalspecificationisintendedtoactasaguideforcarryingoutmeasurementsusedforverificationofcodesand/orfordirectdeterminationofthestructuralloading.Thisspecificationisnotonlyintendedasonecoherentmeasurementspecificationbutcanalsobeusedformorelimitedmeasurementcampaigns.
