【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringtheburstingstrengthofpapersubmittedtoincreasinghydraulicpressure.Itisapplicabletopaperhavingburstingstrengthswithintherange70kPato1400kPa.Itisnotintendedtobeusedforthecomponents(suchasflutingmediumorlinerboard)ofacombinedboard,forwhichthemethodgiveninISO2759ismoresuitable.Intheabsenceofanycommercialagreementastowhichmethodshouldbeusedfortestingthematerial,materialswithburstingstrengthsbelow600kPashouldbetestedaccordingtothisInternationalStandard.
