【摘要】:ThisPublishedDocumentdescribesandgivesguidanceontherangeofcurrentlyavailablestandardizedheadandtorsosimulators,andearsimulatorsinthefieldsofaudiology,telecommunications,audioengineeringandhearingprotection.Thisguidedescribesearsimulatorsofthefollowingtypesandtheirapplications:—acousticcouplers;—artificialears/occludedearsimulators;—headandtorsosimulators;—mechanicalcouplersforthecalibrationofbonevibrators.Theguidealsodescribestherangeofearphonesavailableandhowtheyaretobemeasuredonappropriateearsimulators.Theguidedoesnotdescribetheeffectsonthemeasurementofperformanceduetousingdifferentformsofteststimuli.Theguidedoesnotindicatetheperformanceofatransducer(earphoneorbonevibrator)onanyindividualpersonortheperceptualqualitiesofalistenerusingatransducer.NOTEAlldocumentsreferredtointhetextarelistedintheBibliography.
