【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheprincipalMTFsassociatedwithasampledimagingsystem,togetherwithrelatedtermsandoutlinesanumberofsuitabletechniquesformeasuringtheseMTFs.Italsodefinesameasureforthe“aliasing”relatedtoimagingwithsuchsystems.ThisInternationalStandardisparticularlyrelevanttoelectronicimagingdevicessuchasdigitalstillandvideocamerasandthedetectorarraystheyembody.AlthoughanumberofMTFmeasurementtechniquesaredescribed,theintentionisnottoexcludeothertechniques,providedtheymeasurethecorrectparameterandsatisfythegeneraldefinitionsandguidelinesforMTFmeasurementassetoutinISO9334andISO9335.Theuseofameasurementoftheedgespreadfunction,ratherthanthelinespreadfunction(LSF),isnotedinparticularasanalternativestartingpointfordeterminingtheOTF/MTFofanimagingsystem.
