【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandard:-providesanoverviewtothefamilyofsystemsmanagementstandards;-establishesthebasisforpartitioningthesystemsmanagementstandardsintoseparategroups,specifyingthescopeofeachgroupandidentifyingtheprincipalcomponentswithineachgroup;-givesguidanceonthedevelopmentofsystemsmanagementstandardsandidentifiesthewaytheyrelatetoeachother;-definestermsforusebyothersystemsmanagementstandards;-isapplicabletothedefinitionofallsystemsmanagementstandardsandtoallaspectsofsystemsmanagementofwhateverscale;-isapplicabletosituationsinwhichtheresponsibilityforsystemsmanagementiscentralizedandthosewhereitisdecentralized;-establishesamodelforsystemsmanagement,identifiesseveralaspectsofsystemsmanagement(i.e.information,functional,communications,andorganizational),andfurtherrefinesthemodeltoclarifytheseaspects;-identifiestheprinciplesgoverningconformancerequirementsandconformanceclaimstosystemsmanagementstandards.TherearenoconformancerequirementsonthemainbodyofthisRecommendation|InternationalStandard,howeveritdoesspecifyrequirementsonstandardsclaimingcompliancetosystemsmanagement.AnnexAdefinesanapplicationcontextforsystemsmanagementandspecifiestherulesfornegotiatingsystemsmanagementfunctionalunits.Thereareconformancerequirementsassociatedwiththeserules.
