【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofnaturaldraughtandmechanicaldraughtwetandwet/dry(hybrid)coolingtowersandcoolingtowerinternalsforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecovers:-waterdistributionsystem;-sprayassembly;-filling(filmpacking,splashgridsorlaths,etc.);-heatexchangers;-drifteliminator;-winteroperatingequipment;-fanandfanancillaries;-noiseattenuationequipment;-pipeworkandvalves.ThisGuidedoesnotcover:-condenser;-coolingwaterpumpsandassociatedauxiliaries;-chemicalandmechanicalrawwatertreatment;-civilwork.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystemssuchascondenser,coolingwatersupplyandcivilwork;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentispropertysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
